• The student zone is a collection of on-line lessons, quizzes, library, forum, chat room and other resources that help our students and fellow massage therapists. The philosophy behind the Student Zone is that learning enhanced through interaction in a social way.The student zone complements but does not replace what we teach in class.

What is in the student zone?

    Lessons

On-line lessons complement the theory we teach in class and give our students a chance to deepen their knowledge in their own pace.

Some lessons built in Ripple format that organizes all the theory you need into a few levels. The basic level (Ripple I) covers information you’ll need to pass the exam, while each advanced level (Ripple II & III) expands your knowledge after graduation. Ripple also incorporates questions in the lesson, so you would have an immediate feedback.

    Quizzes

On-line quizzes enhance our students knowledge and prepare them for the exam.

Take a quiz sample (you have to open a free new account)

    Chat room

As some classroom lessons span weeks apart, we use the chat room to discuss related issues. The chat room gives a continuity to the course and helps you staying 'in focus'.

Take a look at the chat room (chat room is empty most times)

    Forum

The forum is another way of keeping in touch with other therapists. You can post subjects related to massage. Each course will have its own mini forum.

Tour the forum ( open a free new account to write in the forum)

    Library

In Bodyology we believe in sharing information. The library holds documents on subjects related to massage such as after care advice, exercise, new techniques and much more. Here are three examples:

    PC ergonomics (guidelines)

    Increase thoracic spine mobility (exercise)

    Benefit of stretching (guidelines)

Enter the library ( Its free but you have to contribute at least one document. For more details contact us)
