Vicky Gaughan
Vicky has been interested in massage for over two decades. She qualified as a massage therapist in 1988 and quickly pursued teaching this wonderful bodywork. She has worked with countless groups, inspiring students to bring massage to the world. As her fascination with the connection of mind and body grew, she trained in body psychotherapy and Hakomi which informs her teaching techniques.
Since 1995 Vicky has been running professional massage courses and became chair of the Massage Training Institute (MTI) in 2006. She feels privileged to work with people who make positive choices about how to bring about health, wellbeing and healing.
Dror Steiner
Dror is a registered osteopath and naturopath. He studied osteopathy and naturopathy at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine, London, and Western Acupuncture with Dr. Anthony Campbell. Previously, Dror studied many types of massage therapy (hot stone massage, Swedish, holistic, remedial, sport, Shiatsu and Reiki) at the Swedish Institute, New York, and incorporates all of these techniques into his teaching to give comprehensive, easy to understand and effective tuition that will be fun to learn and loved by your clients!
Efua Uiterwijk
Efua is a First Aid trainer, expedition leader and outdoor instructor. She holds the ITC first aid trainer qualification, MTLE Mountain Leader and SPA climbing instruction certificate. Efua has worked in training since 2000 and has an approachable manner and clear teaching style. She has a keen focus on experiential learning and personal development. Efua believes in the importance of empowering her staff and clients (from school groups to adult individuals) and enabling them to take personal responsibility in any environment.
